Sa Rota de na Fiola is a pleasant villa located in the Sierra de la Tramuntana, near the town of Mancor del Vall in the heart of Majorca.
Disconnect from the busy city life, fifteen minutes by car from Mancor del Vall.
Electricity has not yet arrived in the area but you will be able to lead a normal life thanks to solar panels from the house. And if it's not sunny, don't worry, there is also a diesel generator with great autonomy.
There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but there is mobile coverage, so you can use your data plan.

You can comfortably relax in its two lounges and porch after a day of hiking in the mountains.

The villa is located on a estate of about 10,000 square meters in the mountains, near the old village of Biniarroi, with a view over the plain of Mallorca.
On the estate, there is a small rainwater pond that we use in the field.
Enjoy the impressive views over the center of the island, from the Bay of Alcúdia to the Bay of Palma.
On clear days, you can see from here the silhouettes of the islands of Menorca and Cabrera.
Fauna and flora
The estate is divided into cultivation fields in the form of terraces held by stone walls
typical of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
The flora of the estate is the typical Mediterranean, with oaks, olive trees, almond trees, and some pines.
The fauna of the area consists of sheep, goats, birds, and other small wild animals.
